Ivy's Vintage
If this website was a fine dinner, you would have now reached the last course. The vintage port is about to be decanted and the cheese is being served. But not any old cheese, special occasions call for Ivy’s Vintage Reserve Cheddar. To achieve the bold, characterful taste this cheese is left to mature, undisturbed, for over 15 long months. Just like a fine wine, this special edition Cheddar simply won’t be rushed. But, given the required time, Ivy Clothier’s original recipe is enhanced to produce a Cheddar which merits the utmost respect. They say that ‘the proof is in the pudding’. At Wyke Farms we say ‘the test is in the taste.’ And in respect of our Grandmother’s lifelong love-affair with the environment, this distinctive Cheddar carrying her name comes in packaging made from recyclable material.
