1. Preheat oven to 200C
2. Mix 100g of grated extra mature cheddar with a tsp of paprika
3. Place tbsp amounts onto a parchment lined baking tray (spray with oil to avoid sticking). Make sure to spread out into even layers.
4. Bake for 7-10 minutes (watch them carefully). The cheese should have almost stopped bubbling when they are ready.
5. Remove from baking tray and allow to cool.
6. Whilst warm gently roll.
