This week we officially announced our partnership with ‘Passion for Somerset’, a locally managed group with a love for Somerset and local businesses within the County.

As a third generation family member, who lives and breathes all things Somerset, the opportunity to support Somerset Day, which will be held on May 11^th, is very exciting. The Mendip Hills have been home to my family since 1861, and although our business has grown, one thing has always stayed the same – a true passion for crafting great tasting award-winning Cheddar in Somerset; where it should be made!

In support of Somerset Day Wyke Farms have teamed up with friends at two other much-loved Somerset-based brands, Thatchers Cider and Miles Tea & Coffee, to run a #LoveSomerset social media campaign throughout the month of May. As family run brands, with long-standing Somerset heritage we are hoping that by communicating why we #LoveSomerset, it will encourage others to participate, raising the profile of the County, which is loved by locals and visitors alike.
