Tom's Toasties Hit the Road
Grandfather Tom believed delicious toasties deserve delicious Cheddar. That’s why this coming weekend we’ll be launching our new toastie trailer named after the man himself, kick starting our travels with Yeovil Show.
Since launching our #CheeseForTea campaign back in April we’ve been sharing and celebrating all the wonderful ways you can use our award-winning cheese in your cooking – and making toasties is certainly a family favourite here on the farm!
A great morning snack or light bite for lunch or tea, our toasties are all made using our award-winning Extra Mature Cheddar. First left, undisturbed for around 12 months to develop a full and rounded flavour, and then graded by our Master Cheese Grader it’s simply perfect for thinly slicing and melting between thickly cut bread, accompanied by extra fillings if fancied.
