This carefully curated hamper includes variety of the finest produce the West Country has to offer. All neatly packed inside a traditional wicker hamper that you can keep for years to come. We have also included a traditional ‘polished knot’ cheese knife and handcrafted cheeseboard for good measure. Whether treating yourself or a loved one, this hamper is sure to impress. So, what is inside?:

Ivys Vintage Reserve Cheddar (1.25kg Block):
Our prized Ivy’s Vintage goes through a careful maturation period, for no fewer than 15 months. This is Cheddar at it’s very best, it has a smooth silky texture with a slight crunch. The flavour is ’rounded’ balancing the sweet notes with creaminess and nuttiness. Over the years this recipe has won more awards than any other Cheddar and is currently loved in over 150 countries –which is why we keep it locked away in a safe on our farm. It truly is a centrepiece for any table.

Wyke Farms Salted Butter (250g):
Our Salted butter has been a local favourite for over a century. It was originally served up for the farmworkers in the fields of Wyke Champflower, Somerset, spread generously across a thick slice of freshly baked bread. A lot has happened since then. But our delicious recipe – well – that hasn’t changed one bit.

Wyke Farms Unsalted Butter (250g):
Our cows graze on lush, green pastures in the heart of Somerset. It’s what makes their milk so creamy and pure. And it’s where we’ve been family farming for over 150 years. Times have certainly changed. But we still lovingly make our butter to our Grandmother Ivy’s original recipe. We know that would make her smile. And being unsalted, it’s also perfect for baking.

The Bay Tree for Wyke Farms Spicy Tomato and Caramelised Onion Chutney (320g):
A gently spiced delicious chutney for serving with cheese, meats and vegetables… the options are endless. Handmade in Britain by The Bay Tree, the perfect accompaniment to our Vintage Cheddar.

Bath Squares Biscuits (140g):
Wheat Flour, Butter (17%) (Milk), Autolysed Yeast, Salt, Whole Milk Powder, Raising Agent (Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate). Not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

Thatchers Family Reserve:
Thatchers Family Reserve embraces a rediscovered century-old recipe crafted by William Thatcher, back in 1904 at the family farm in Somerset. This Classic Cuvée has light golden hues, gentle effervescence, with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length. The first gently pressed juice of the Katy apple is used to create this dry, subtle sparkling apple wine. Best served chilled in a flute. Nutritional info: Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Gluten-free. Contains sulphites for freshness.
